In
listening to Harpo, we can tell that he is somebody who just wants
to be a friend. He is telling a truly personal story with such ease
and humor that it isn’t hard to see what everybody saw in
him. Though he stayed quiet and listened during most conversations,
when it came his turn to talk, he never let people down. He was
always compassionate and funny, and more importantly, sincere. People
loved conversations with Harpo, and he loved having the conversations
even more. It didn’t matter who it was with, whether a random
person on the street or the President of the United States, for
Harpo, people were people and he loved them all.
